Russia, Novomoskovsk, 30 marzo 2023: Quando ha visto arrivare la polizia, Sergei Buvol si è barricato nel suo appartamento, si è cosparso di una miscela incendiaria e ha cercato di dare fuoco a sé e agli agenti intervenuti, che sono poi riusciti a fermarlo impiegando anche le armi.
Contro di lui è stato aperto un procedimento penale per ripetuto discredito dell’esercito (parte 1 dell’articolo 280.3 del Codice penale della Federazione Russa). Buvol era già stato multato nel maggio 2022 per aver postato sul social network Odnoklassniki commenti sull’esercito russo.

Russia: man attempts to set himself on fire to avoid arrest
Russia, Novomoskovsk, March 30, 2023: When he saw the police, Sergei Buvol barricaded in his flat, doused himself with an incendiary mixture and tried to set himself and the security forces on fire. The officers managed to stop him using weapons.
A criminal case had been open already against him for repeatedly discrediting of the army (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Sergei Buvol was fined in May 2022 for posting on the social network Odnoklassniki comments on the Russian Army.
